[openstreetmap-website] Styling a new SimplePanZoom control, similar to the old one (#62)

There looks like there is a smal bug. You can not click to select zoom level on the new style. On the old style you could click on the bar to zoom directly to that zoom level, but on the new style this is not possible. You can still drag the slider but that is a bit harder to do.
