Comment:

 Well there's not much I can do about that!

 If you're logged in then it should still work because it will take the
 language from your account.

 If you're not logged in and there is no Accept-Language then it is likely
 to wind up doing something fairly arbitrary. To be honest I would have
 expected English, but it may be that we don't send a language code to
 Nominatim in that case in which case you are just seeing Nominatim's
 default behaviour.
