[openstreetmap-website] Broken layers control on latest FF (#162)

With FF pref set back to the "broken" state I noticed this:

When I'm logged into my www.openstreetmap.org user account and on my user page, on the right there is a small slippy map. The layers menu in that displays fine  (while the main OSM map has the layer is broken)
