 This is a support issue, not an engineering issue, so this is not really
 the correct forum.

 Please email webmaster at openstreetmap.org with the details - make sure you
 give the name of the account you want changed and the email address it is
 registered to as well as the one you want it changed to. If you can
 provide any other evidence to prove it is your account, or that you used
 to control the email address it is currently registered to then that would
 also help.
