[openstreetmap-website] Moderate style tweaking (#12)

This is a mild restyling of OSM: included are -

* Removes margin from map, adds more margin to text content.
* Rearranges permalink & link buttons and gives them a background
* Pull OpenStreetMap text below logo along with subtitle
* Simplify sidebar styling
* Move towards a baseline, start to consolidate text sizes and line-heights

This is tested with LTR, RTL, and the compact mode, and looks good. Looks more uniform in older browser because it relies less on rounded-corners support.
