[openstreetmap-website] User page (#16)

In-progress user page refactoring: this starts to make the user icon more present, map larger, and gets rid of extraneous text.

Looks like http://dl.dropbox.com/u/68059/Screenshots/8.png right now.

Some larger changes: this currently displays user locations by default - this'll need a wider change for privacy controls or notification.
