We haven't really discussed what will happen to users who haven't agreed 
to the Contributor Terms after the license change, but it is unlikely 
that any non-agreer will play an active role afterwards; the "Accepted 
CT about 2 years ago" thing can go away then.

(I don't know if you're proposing these changes to be incorporated into 
the live site right away - in that case we'll still need that message 
for a few weeks - or whether you're taking a longer view in which case 
you could drop it.)

Also, the "view blocks received" is a link that will yield an empty page 
for all but 60 or 70 of our users, so I guess it could be less 
prominent. Maybe we could have a kind of "account history" that lists 
things like registration date, possible name changes (not even recorded 
right now but would be useful), and also blocks received, and hide all 
this behind one link?
