Pawel,

I have been really bad with keeping up with email but have
coincidentally been reworking the OSM classifier project, which is
part of the activity streams.

I wrote this initial code in javascript but we could certainly write
it in Ruby if that's preferred (I thought with JS, it could either be
a standalone service or something done client side).

There's one small stumbling block I want to overcome before I show the
code working; I had a really rough demo a few months ago that was
working, but I want something more functional before moving on.

I would appreciate your thoughts on the issue though.
