 This was reported by someone on IRC yesterday. User who hasn't been active
 in a long time came back to the project. It seems they are anonymous and
 when they tried to make an edit it told them they had to de-cloak
 themselves. But the link to do so in the account settings pointed them at:
 http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/go_public which gives an error that the
 user go_public doesn't exist
