 This is just a specific case of the general problem that our URLs don't
 use stable user identifiers and we shouldn't do anything about this
 without solving the general problem.

 Now we just have to get people to agree on whether we should use the
 numeric ID or whether we should introduce some stable, unchangeable, text
 ID...
