 Ok, I agree that there are RSS links at the bottom. But all RSS readers
 and browsers expect them to be in meta tag:

 {{{<link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title="RSS"
 href="http://openstreetmap.org/diary/rss" />}}}

 So I propose to add this tag where relevant.
