It's a known issue but far from trivial to fix. People have been working 
on a solution for a while and in particular Pawel Paprota has been doing 
a bunch of work on the OWL (OpenStreetMap Watch List) project started by 
Matt Amos. I'm confident we'll have a better solution in the coming months.
