 If you copy and paste the link you get from the export embeddable HTML on
 the OSM home page, all the ampersands come out as "&". I guess the
 string is being double encoded somewhere.

 By the way, it would be really useful to have just the link available (say
 in a second box) without all the iframe etc, for copy and paste into
 emails etc. (That's different from permalink because you can place a
 custom marker with Export).
