[openstreetmap-website] Remove the LTR stylesheet (#158)

I've created tomhughes at 2af0d2a1e16cdaf5c08cb950466a43ea5370e530 which uses R2 to automatically reverse the stylesheet - it's running at http://tomh.apis.dev.openstreetmap.org/ if people want to test it.
