[openstreetmap-website] Moderate updates to the diary functionality. (#68)

+1. Reply privately is quite odd, the natural way for people to do this is to go to user's profile for such things, and the link on the diaries just adds clutter. Also, focus should be on content, not metadata, so making it less prominent is nice for readability.
