[openstreetmap-website] Bboxes and points are offset in Opera Mobile for Android (#170)

Sorry for delay. Here are screenshots of a changeset page on different browsers in different orientations:

  * [Sony Browser / Landscape](http://not.textual.ru/zverik/2/3/android-sony-landscape.gif)
  * [Sony Browser / Portrait](http://not.textual.ru/zverik/2/3/android-sony-portrait.gif)

For some reason Sony Browser (I don't know its engine) always opens desktop version of the page. On Opera Mobile, this bug seems to affect only small screen layout.
