[openstreetmap-website] Gravatar support (#131)

Just my view, but I wonder if there is a privacy issue with enabling Gravatar by default.

Even though the email is hashed with MD5 if I saw it correctly, it does allow Gravatar to track which email(hashes) use which sites (and uniquely identify them), which some might find problematic.
