[openstreetmap-website] Better user icons (#137)

Well it sounds like I'm in a minority of one in not liking it then ;-)

I'm not saying I especially like the current one, even though I chose it, and I can see why people might call it a bit creepy, but at least it has some character and is a bit different. The proposed new one looks completely generic like every other sites no-such-user icon.

But hey if everybody else thinks it's better then I guess that's that.

The only thing that concerns me as such with the new one is the amount of whitespace around it, given that it will be inside a border when it's on the site and I personally think that makes it look a bid odd, marooned in a sea of white.
