[openstreetmap-website] Hide the view/edit/history bar on a few vital pages (#92)

I haven't had a chance to look at any of the stuff you sent yesterday because it only came in quite late last night, and I'm out this evening so I'll try and have a look at them tomorrow.

Are you actually hiding the "View" button? Only that one is functional everywhere and I certainly use it all the time...
