[openstreetmap-website] Diary: "Older entries" and "Newer entries" link texts seems to be reversed? (#224)

Go to the bottom of the first page of the Users' diaries page. Observe that "Older entries" is not a link but "Newer entries" is a link pointing to the second page which contains older entries, not newer.
