[openstreetmap-website] Add iD editor (#225)

I've just tried to create a building on the TomH version and it changes from an area to a way when editing the tags, which doesn't occur on the version on ideditor.com.

Also when editing the links to "view on openstreetmap.org" after selecting an object should go to the instance of the API that is being used and not be hard coded to osm.org
