[openstreetmap-website] editing diary/blog entries is broken in opera (#226)

That `white-space: nowrap` is there to keep the editor and the help on the same line, but it can be turned off inside the container - that was already done for the preview pane but I have extended it to the editor as well in 92210a5be1d1f2514a382cdba85d8fe01ffe4440 and pushed the whole thing to the live site.
