 As explained in ticket 4540, I can't create a changeset neither in
 Potlatch nor in JOSM.
 Booth are waiting in "creating changeset" mode and no new changeset
 appears in my account [1].

 I can edit my personnal information in my account but I can't record the
 changes.
 I can't upload a GPX track on the server.
 I can't send a message to an other user.
 I can't publish in my diary.
 In those case Firefox seems waiting for an answer that doesn't come...
