[openstreetmap-website] The Notes RSS feed might have issues with right to left text (#236)

The description of the note in the rss feed looks wrong for an arabic note like #315

It is given as
<description><b>Full note:</b><br>مقهى المدواخ [  2013-04-26 09:56:05 UTC ]</description>
which translates to:
Full note:
مقهى المدواخ [ 2013-04-26 09:56:05 UTC ]

I.e. the UTC] and the date are separated.
