[openstreetmap-website] Track Foursquare edit button referers (#407)

Now that [Foursquare has launched their OSM edit button](http://blog.foursquare.com/2013/07/31/linking-up-foursquare-and-openstreetmap-editing/) how can we track any people coming in through this edit button on Foursquare?

@tomhughes pointed me earlier to this documentation on tracking campaigns (osm.org uses piwik):
