[openstreetmap-website] Link other projects using OSM Data (#409)

[AdosRun]

Put an other button in the bar for quick links to other OSM Projects using OSM data.
On click on the button an menu on the right is opening showing categories. On click on a category a list of links, 

- Maps
   - openseemap
   - osm2world
   - ...
- Routing engines
   - OSRM
   - ...
- Tools
   - Flosm
   - openstreetbrowser

- quality assurance
   - keepright
   - sautter.com
