[openstreetmap-website] Track Foursquare edit button referers (#407)

Why would you need a pull request? We already have a goal that is triggered by account creation that we can hopefully match against the campaign.

Funnels in piwik are pretty ropey - we do have the Funnel plugin installed by it's not being maintained by anybody and it keeps breaking when we upgrade and I've never had much luck trying to get a funnel for account creation working with it.
