[openstreetmap-website] Track Foursquare edit button referers (#407)

Does the standard http referrer parameter not already do the same? I.e. allow you to see from where users have originated? What is the advantage of using pk_campaign? Do these OSM edit links only appear on their website, or also through mobile apps?
