 For Users with an Apostroph (') in their name (like "G'ARMIN") the link to
 their userpage goes only to the part before the Apostroph (i.e.
 "http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/G" instead of
 "http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/G'ARMIN").

 As an example see http://www.openstreetmap.org/?note=20385 (only in the
 map-popup, not with /browse/)
