[openstreetmap-website] Map not showing on Blackberry Curve (#431)

I don't think it is a deliberate attempt, but more like throwing features at it without wondering about low-end users (with no HTML5 etc). Maybe it's because I grew up with optimizing websites in the 1990s when dial-up modems and 640x480 was the pinnacle that I always keep an eye out for the low-end users. I'm not trying to blame anyone here or claim superiority, its just while others look at the latest and greatest and push us forwards in leaps, I'm looking in the rear-view mirror to see who gets left behind and if it is needed or not. Both kinds of people are needed for a successful venture I believe.

I missed the HTML5 boat so I'm afraid I'm not an expert anymore on this but maybe my HTML 4.01/CSS knowledge can be stretched to debug this. I'll also see if I can get other people with lower end phones to see if the map works for them, I don't think the number of affected phones is as low as you think nor the number of people wielding each phone.

Hopefully this is just a matter of in what order the layers appear in the code.
