 Thanks! Hmm.. Works half - pops up correctly, but it reports the wrong
 position. At
 http://www.openstreetmap.org/edit?editor=potlatch2#map=17/49.96925/8.83101
 it says "Frankreich, Europäischen Union" although "Germany" would be
 correct (and also be reported correctly in "view" mode).
