[openstreetmap-website] Move site on to flexible grid (#403)

Is there a test deployment somewhere ? A max-width layout is better than a fixed-width one but it still prevents people from using more space if some freak content benefits from it, if a bigger font is in use, or simply if the user is more confortable with longer lines.
