[openstreetmap-website] Remote edit not working as stated (#467)

When selecting a long way, then choosing "Weg bearbeiten" (the link that is supposed to only edit the way and not the bbox) and then choosing remote as the editor, JOSM gets issued the command to load it with its bbox. This is bad.

Reproduce:

0. start JOSM, activate remote control 
1. Go to http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/49515818
2. Click second edit link, choose remote control editor
3. JOSM loads the full bbox

Probably it's connected with the remote edit handler at https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/blob/master/app/assets/javascripts/application.js#L38 , but i couldn't figure out how exactly, so no patch.
