[openstreetmap-website] Long tag keys and values overflow the tag table (#561)

@tomhughes Thanks, but I'm still not convinced that not showing key values (or only showing key values if you hover the mouse over it or select the text) is better than actually showing key values.  

Would a better solution be to allow the divider between the data and the map to be moved so that al the data is visible all of the time?
