[openstreetmap-website] When you select an object from "Map Data" view there's no link to that object available anywhere. (#622)

For context, I was trying to assist with this help question

and wanted to provide a link to this object

http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/214619833

If I zoom to the relevant area of the map with "Map Data" turned on, and click on an object, I see the way details at the left, but there's nowhere to immediately get a link to the way browse page.

The current browser URL does contain the way, but also contains other information:

http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/214619833#map=17/17.40239/78.53800&layers=D

To get to the way details you have to click "view history" first, then the "view details" link has the desired data.
