[openstreetmap-website] lat/lon shown for redacted nodes (#642)

http://www.openstreetmap.org/node/690400278 and http://www.openstreetmap.org/node/690400278/history show the latitude and longitude for a deleted node where the previous version was redacted. We **must** not show this as we cannot legally do so.
