 I'm having a strange effect when replying an email (id=331835): the msg
 starts with

 {{{
 Yes, I'm still active in Madagascar.
 }}}

 and ends with

 {{{
 decided previously.

 Clicking on Reply shows msg body as

 {{{

 It seems that the last 2 chars are somehow overwritten with the first few
 words of the original msg body again.
