 The planet.osm.org page states that "Michal Migurski is a provider of
 extracts with up-to-date worldwide coverage." He is now 4.5 months behind,
 and since his extracts are obviously manually updated, they can't be up-
 to-date. I propose to remove that link from the page.

 It can be replaced by http://download.bbbike.org/osm/ — it is updated
 weekly, and the web site also looks nice, though a bit more tech-y.
