[openstreetmap-website] HTTP 500 error occurs when I try to log in (#214)

I tried to log in just earlier, but I was unable to for some reason because I got an HTTP 500 error (whatever that is).  It doesn't matter if I have the "remember me" checked or not; either way, it's just not working.  Please fix this immediately; this is a critical issue that should **not** be happening.  (and in my 2 years of being on OSM, has _never_ happened)
