 In German, the attribution for "Land Tirol" should read exactly as stated
 in https://trac.openstreetmap.org/ticket/4401.

 Especially, the wording "beides" ("both") is wrong with regard to the
 content and the link (this is /only/ the link for Tyrol).

 Please revert to how it was before...

 If there is a way to tell translators not to touch this wording, please do
 state.

 /copyright/en is correct an needs no change.
