[openstreetmap-website] No search on mobile style. (#201)

There is no search bar on the small screen layout of openstreetmap.org at the moment. It would be nice to have some kind of search also on the mobile page.

Unfortunately, the default search result display as a sidebar is hardly usable on small screen devices (see #200), so a solution for that has to be found, too.
