[openstreetmap-website] OAuth authorisation screen missing details (#207)

As [reported on the dev list](http://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/dev/2013-January/026491.html), the OAuth authorisation screen seems to have stopped showing any details of the requested access. Instead of:

![old, working version](http://dl.dropbox.com/u/7218407/permission_all.png)

it is now showing:

![new, broken version](http://dl.dropbox.com/u/7218407/permissions_empty.png)

I haven't looked at the cause yet, but I guess @samanpwbb's redesign work is the most likely culprit.
