[openstreetmap-website] "unknown event" as subject of note rss feed messages for reactivated notes (#324)

I just received a notification message on the [notes rss feed](http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Notes#RSS_feed) for a reactivated note. Its subject reads `unknown event` instead of something meaningful like `reactivated note (near ...)`.
