 Example, if I wanted to add a quick comment to somebody's note that I got
 an e-mail update for, I'm sent to the "browse" page of the note. [1]
 Then, to add a comment, I have to click on the "View note on larger map"
 text, wait for the map to show up, and then click on the note icon on the
 screen.  This is annoying and should be simplified.

 The easiest way to do this is by allowing people to comment/close notes on
 the "browse" page as well in addition to on the main map.  Save a few
 clicks and time for the mappers.  A win-win IMO if this could be
 implemented.
