[openstreetmap-website] Cut down number of significant figures when updating home location (#372)

If I update my home location I get a location like 49.194717870320645, -122.90817260742186, even if I click on the map at z9. This is an absurd number of figures, and appears to be more than is actually stored because if I then reload the page some are cut off. A number of figures that changes with zoom level used to click would be nice, or failing that, just using a reasonable number.
