[openstreetmap-website] Official Road Routing via multiple providers (#381)

This has been discussed long and wide in OSM for years. It is unlikely that a purely Javascript solution will work; we want it to be more integrated into OSM so that we can control localisation. There's even a branch of the rails port (meanwhile outdated) that has a routing tab:  http://routing.apis.dev.openstreetmap.org/

As far as I know, the current plan is for OSM to run their own OSRM based server and potentially other routing engines, let the end user choose which one to use, but run them all through the rails port. Main guy to talk to about this is @apmon.
