[openstreetmap-website] wrong geo coords with new interface (#376)

[Popolon]

I only mean, clicking on a position on the map to center it, now with the new interface, there is to click serveral times to have it centered. and when it's centered, if I ask for a link, it is shifted, because :
* the right bar open, and then the center of the displayed  window is no more at the clicked poisition.

But if I use the link given, and open the window, there is no position shift If I ask again for long link.

There is clearly an inconsistancy in behavior here.
