[openstreetmap-website] 3d buildings on/off switch (#401)

I'd like to see a switch to toggle 3d buildings on/off on the map. Very nice looking examples can be found at http://osmbuildings.org/examples/ (also see that style:  http://osmbuildings.org/sketch/?lat=52.50376&lon=13.33344&z=17).

What do you think?
