[openstreetmap-website] Don't shrink font sizes on mobile so much (#402)

Fonts should use roughly the same sizes on mobile as they do on desktop. Maybe we could shrink our H1 a little. But in general, right now, fonts are too tiny on mobile. Best way to approach mobile is to to reduce the number of things you see on a screen at a time rather than reducing the size of things so more of them fit.
