[openstreetmap-website] Forms (#300)

The various aforementioned issues seem to be fixed, and related buttons are now nicely grouped (inside a `buttons` class).

@samanpwbb and I have taken a look, and things seem to render fine. I think it's worth having someone else take a look now.
